1. Man is a unique being. As fruit of his redemption, through graces imparted to him during baptism, he is given a special gift: to participate in God's life.
2. Strive always to be in the state of grace, so as you live your human life, God is with you so intimately. Our human life has so much struggles and sorrows. With God, we are calm.
3. As weak human beings, we commit sins. The devil wants this to happen so we can be separated from God. He tries all ways to tempt us to sin. Pray for strength.

The Birth of Pilgrim's Reflections
When I was a kid, I was introduced to Christian living thru cathechism. The first principle I learned was about the purpose of my life that, that I was created by God to know Him, to love Him, to serve Him and to be with Him in heaven at the end of my life. Now that I am 66 years old, I have confirmed that this is true.
Thank God for Jesus. Through Him I received the gift of faith. Not only faith but through His church, the graces to do good works, as the fruits of this wonderful faith.
As I near the conclusion of my life in this world, it is my joyful privilege to experience the joy of Christian living and therefore I can do no less than be gratefully sharing the wonderful truths of the gift of faith to all my co-pilgrims in this world. Hence, this column of Pilgrim's Reflections comes to existence as the means to evangelize or bring the Good News to one and all in a simple way to all souls hungry for the Living Bread that gives life everlasting.
May the Holy Spirit bless this little piece of literature to be a humble instrument in His Mission to make man holy and happy through Jesus Christ our Lord for the glory of God the Father, our Creator. Amen.

A New Mission
I'll be 66 in a few days.Tempus fugit! So much difference in my physical powers. My hearing is tremendously impaired. However, there is a new sense. I feel a special Providence caring for me. For example, last night, as my wife and two grandkids were waiting to take our busride to home, an air conditioned L3 wagon passed by and offered to take us home at a reasonable P10 per passenger. God Wants Us To Be Comfortable in our life's travel. Thank you, Lord!
As long as we are alive, we have a task to be accomplished. This is the cross Jesus wants us to take up to follow Him.
